You have to be more specific with your description. What is it exactly that you want?

You can do that by inviting another guild to a war and they have to accept it for both guild members to have the skull/shield.

If you want to have it without having to declare war with another guild then check out: TFS 1.X+ - tfs 1.3 set skull war (https://otland.net/threads/tfs-1-3-set-skull-war.265887/)

I'm assuming you're using the latest TFS 1.x. If not then 0.x = TFS 0.X - Always war shield (https://otland.net/threads/always-war-shield.265999/)

Haven't tested either of them but the posts seem recent and resolved so I assume they will help you with what you need
