When i try to open my server its say that "mscvr100.dll" its not found, someone can pass me that dl plx

Probably because mscvr100.dll needs to change and add information to the registry, whatever program it may need you have to install. If it's a server, get another distro.

Research how these things work and then come back. Nobody likes helping someone that doesn't even have the slightest clue about what to do, believe it or not it does require you to educate yourself.
