Where one I remove the Day Message button ?

I'm not entirely sure of your issue, but I assume it's the 'Message of the Day' by your description?

You can try checking
Server_Folder -> config.lua
or
Server_Folder -> Data -> Creaturescripts -> scripts -> login.lua

Can you post a link to the OT client version you downloaded?
It's hard to determine which file it's located in, without the files to look at.
