[HELP]- My port is open, but people still cant connect.

I have my port 80, 3306, 7171, 7172 all open and check it with portforward PFPportchecker, and it comfirm that my port is open.
But still people are still unable to connect to my server even though i change to static ip, and apparently my ip address lead me to my modem homepage. Can anyone help?

I open the same port on firewall too, but only on inbound rules.

3306 is for MySql if im not mistaken? so why should the port not be open?

Ok, first of all 443 and 3306 don't have to be opened, no idea why you keep saying that...

MySQL just query's from the Mysql service to the OTserver which sends it by port 7172 (game port) to the clients.
And as far as I know gesior doesn't use any https traffic.
