Help need ot support badly!

help, when i run my ot it runs fine, but whenever i attack a monster it will freeze and no one can login, you cna login to see your character click a character but it will say connecting to game for hours. also it doesint say it crashed or froze in console and its only when i attack a monster or anyone else, it freeses the entire game also on site it says were still logged in,
help please.

sounds weird.. might be c++... I'm not so high-tech with ots noways, haven't made any for years

Well for player to connecte to your server you need to open your port ,TCP 7172,UCP 7172

all port you need to open ,TCP 7171,7172,80 UCP 7171,7172,80

For the freeze i do nt have idea
