(HELP) Need script to make an tile from where you can't push anyone.+

i need script for tile from where you can't push anyone. example depot tile, i dont want to make walls to block pushing..
and also script for making an tile saying something with green letters....
please if you give me script tell me where to put it, coz idont know where to put all those,scripts,lua and php so
and if i wanna make doors for required lvl.. what do i have to do ?

for level doors use action id from 1001-1999
etc if actionid of the door is 1001 you need level 1 if actionid = 1999 then you need level 999.
