Help Open Ports

I have the following problem with my website through localhost or 127.0.0.1 I can go to the page of the OT, but by example IP.example.no-ip-biz, can not, I have port 80 closed? as I open it? I have a router thomson

Please help !

have you tried connecting to it with a different computer?
alot of computers cant connect to their own global IP and need to use the static/localhost

Like UpInSmoke posted, it's normal you can't connect using your global ip, global ip should be used to connect from different computers.

If other people can't see the site with your global ip/no-ip, did you open port 80?
Already tried to turn of your virusscanner (or the firewall in it)?
You can also look if you have a program blocking port 80.
