i have network 6mbps to download and to upload 768kbps are good for made otserver??? how many people can enter in connection there any can respond me please, thanks

Upload speed x 1024.
0,768 x 1024 = 786,432

786,432 / 16 = 49,152.

Result: around 49 Players

if you host a website will cause more bandwith so it will be probably lower how much players you can handle.
