to fix your door issue
pull the map up on a map editor
go to the door and right click it and select properties

from tehre you can set the actionid and if im not mistaken the level

XX = level you want

Ex. Level 100 = 1100

actionid 2000, uniqueid <some unused storagevalue>, put items inside the chest in editor
