[HELP]Port-Forwarding No-Ip

hello, so I'm using a DUC domain but when i type in the domain on my web browser it goes to my router page.. im wondering what ports I need to forward to change this..
MYSQL Port, Apache Port. DUC port.
If someone could help me that'd be awesome.
My No-ip/DUC client connects to Local LAN Ip.

Just join by ur local ip like 192.168.1.1xx or if u are using windows, go to windows>system32>drivers>etc and open hosts with notebook, and add at the end:
local ip domain. Example of what i have: 192.168.1.1xx odiniaot.ddns.net. Then u must write in ip ur domain link at config lua, whit that u can join with ur domain link. You can look for ur ip on cmd writing ipconfig -all.

for example when i type my domain name in this is just an example not actual domain.
ForgL.hopto.com
it automatically redirects me to
ForgL.hopto.com/Login.html
CG3N3ROG router.
im using windows 7.

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
so which part do i change?
