Windows [Help] PortForward

Hey i am searching for someone who can help me to open my port. I want to open 7171 and 7172 and 80. So if someone is nice and helpfull and got time?

Then please add my msn: [email protected] and we can open those ports very fast. Beacuse i am not a noob and i am very understand guy. So i know alot and i have playing Tibia OT since 7.5.

Already know the local ip and standard_gateway and the model of my Router. I have following all steps but still not done

Select your router: Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model - PortForward.com and follow instructions.
Disable Windows Firewall (or just add exceptions for those ports if you know how).

Done.

I have followed those steps but still not working. And how can i disable or add ports at Window firewall? i am using Window 7 64 bit system
