Help Pvp enforced

I want create Pvp-Encoreced and i have 2 question
How do it
1)When player die lost 2lv and all eq : backpack boots legs armor helmet shield weapons amulet ring (Full eq...) But When login agin in temple Have First Eq (normal this what i have in Character Sample
I give 2 reputation !!!!! (mozna pisac po polsku) xD

umm about lose make all vocation redskull

and about after login u must save them by add in sql
click your database name on the left, then go to SQL Tab on the top of page, paste:
