[Help] Raids. (TFS)

Greets folks.

I have been trying and searching all around to get my raids to work, somehow, I must be missing something.

</raids>

I believe that TFS ain't got the "chance" function yet and therefor it will spawn atleast once every hour.
So, is their anyway to make it spawn like I want?
"Each 60 minutes there is a 10% chance that the raid is executed..."

Actually it would be kinda hard and/or messy to make a raid. Read this.
