[HELP] Really Confused Cant Login

I cant login to my server. i have styler yurots 8.54 and it says that the server is running but when i try to log on it doesnt let me. i tried portforwarding and all the ports are right so i have no idea what to do. please help me out ill try anything

Edit: i just download TFS 8.54 and i could log on perfectly just no acc manager. but when i try to log on to my styler server the character list pop up but the error message says that the server is offline.

See if you got the right ip if you say the server is on but when u try to connect its says the server is off?

try using 10.0.0.3 or 127.0.0.1 when u change the ip

having xampp problems ill try to fix everything up then ill try those sugestions and get back to you
