Help setting up Nostalrius

Hi all,
I need help getting this server set up.. I have the website working, I thought everything was fine now I can't get the server to start on my dedicated server, I mean I'm at the point now I'll pay for someone to guide me through it.. Iv wasted like 5 days trying to fix it and got no where.

Please... What happened to the good old days where you hosted from your pc and it was yourots and it took 2 minutes to set up with a 1/1 account maker haha

What's happening when you try to start the server?
