[Help] Setting up TFS 1.4 + OTClientV8 + ZnoteAAC from scratch

Hello everyone

I'm starting to build my own base for a new OT server, but I'm running into some issues during the initial setup.
Here’s what I’m currently using:

• TFS 1.4: The Forgotten Server 1.4 (https://otland.net/threads/the-forgotten-server-1-4.278046)
• Client v8: GitHub - OTCv8/otclientv8: Clean, ready to use version of OTClientV8 - Alternative, highly optimized Tibia client (https://github.com/OTCv8/otclientv8)
• Website (ZnoteAAC): GitHub - Znote/ZnoteAAC: Developement repository for the Znote AAC project. A website portal to represent and manage your Open Tibia server. (https://github.com/znote/znoteaac)

I’m following the official tutorial here:

However, since that tutorial is quite old, a lot of things don’t work properly anymore — especially when trying to connect the client, server, and website together.
I have a solid programming background, so I don’t need a step-by-step explanation of how the code works — I just need to understand the correct setup order and configurations for the current versions of these tools (TFS 1.4, OTClientV8, and ZnoteAAC), so I can then customize my base as I want.
If anyone has an updated guide or could point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it
