Help! They're nuking my site!!!

I use Gesior 0.3.8 + Xampp in Windows

My dedicated host hosts both server and website, they're nucking the website, trough port 80, but the server they can't nuke, and MySQL is a bit laggy

How can I prevent Ddos attacks like this?

My apache have "mod_antiloris" and "mod_dosevasive22" enabled

Before you say to use Modern, in fact it almost doesn't matter what website I'm using, the thing is the ddos attacks, wich will nuke any website in this host, without the right apache protections, wich I'm trying to find

Well, by the way i have tested and faced the very same problem with modern.
They're still nuking the website. Any GOOD suggestion?

Oh, actually i was seeing that I already had exaDB , anyway i followed your guide and still not working.

Switch from Apache to nginx, lighttpd, or any similar lightweight webserver.

Why not just get their IPs through netstat or any traffic monitor software, and then ban them using IPSec?

IPtables...

Hes using windows.
