Help to create a project for tfs 1.2

I have a source but it came without microsoft visual folder someone could create the project for me
i don't know how to do this i use mvsc 2015

I'm on my phone and cant check out those sources atm, but what is it you want exactly?

Are you wanting someone to compile these sources for you?

Why use these sources and not just grab one from here or github that is intact?
