with no problems with client 12

after this commit, the support for tibia client 10 was removed so now
only works otc and cipsoft client 12

the problem is that after this update im not able not log with otcv8 anymore

im getting this error at
otc

This is basically because otcv8 does not support 12x
And, from the moment we remove support for clients in versions less than 11, otcv8 is no longer supported as it uses these protocols that have been removed.

We never said support would be for otcv8

If you have otcv8 sources, it is relatively easy to apply these changes to it, if not ... Then it becomes difficult.
