Help, trying to Use RME for 8.6 but getting errors

Hello, I am trying to make my own custom ot for 8.6 but having problems with the RME Editor, I use version 2.2 and have the tibia client 8.6 with the spr and dat data but it still is not working for me, it says it cannot load it, etc, I set the paths and everything and also says I am missing an OBTM, this is all I need but I cant figure this out can someone help me

1.Install this 8.6 client
2.http://remeresmapeditor.com/rmedl.php?file=tibia860.exe
3.Then open RME and go to the directory where you installed step 2
