Help With 0.4 Crash!

Hello, whenever i start up my 0.4_DEV server this happens,

I used 0.3.6 and EVERY REV but all the time, this happens always at the same spot.

It might get caused beacuse you dont have set up the right things in your config. Are you using mysql ? sqllite ?
Do you even have a database ?

You could start by having one thread for the same issue rather than 2.
My personal suggestion...if your using xampp erase it and forget about it.
Install uniform server, compile newest rev there is. Make sure you compile 64bit if you have it.

It won't even let me logon on Phpmyadmin, but i do have Uniserver downloaded and configured, i could run an ot about a week ago.
