Help with an extremely simple question!! =)? (very simple)

I don't have prem on real tibia anymore and was hoping somebody could help me with the paths for turtles on meriana. I was never big on hunting the tortoise/turtle islands so I completely forgot which turtles take you where.. I have a general idea but I'm sure it's wrong because I didn't even know the first island had 3 turtles to even use.
