Help with Balanced vocation

Hi i need help i dont really understand how to do all vocation balanced. If any one can help me to do vocations at a server with 500exp to 250 exp (stage).
I want knight heal good not overpowered and not underpowered and same with mages and pally.

You can change the healing in data\actions\scripts\liquids\potions.lua ^^

Ye but how to change spell dmg? :/ change in each spell cfg? :O

Yes, either that or do it using the Magic levels, you have to change them each one at a time
