Help with Client HUD Configurations

I want to change my server HUD in a way that you cannot see life bars above the characters and monsters nor character/monster names and I want to disable this feature from the client and make the Light configuration always at the minimum without the option to increase it. I'd like to remove the Battle Window too... Any hints on how to do it? I have TFS 1.3 and client 10.98
