SomeOne Make Crash To my server With magebomb and i have some players have the same ip they have same router with 2-3 pc and can't make ani-mc what i do

what he do:

he open more chars like 15-16 character and spam with spells then server crash what i do please help fast​

not good idea i wanna fix the crash no need ban it's easy to ban him but i wanna fix it cuz he can speak to anyone from his friends and make crash i wanna make them not able to make crash by that shit
