Actions.xml, search up that ID and make sure it aint used twice.

How can i fix it

Duplicated means that it's 2 or more of them.
So.. there cant be 2 directories with the same monster name in monsters.xml

DUPLICATING REGISTERED ITEM WITH ID 7958!
You didn't read my post..

Duplicate means that it has 2 or more of them.
so.. u need to change it for something els omg..

When i search in Actions i don't find it But i search in items and Found :

<item id="7995" name="earth" />

Then it's Earth and in the map There's 500+ From that Earth in more places

Think u understand now

that's item id, not unique id so you don't have to delete those items (earth)

You have to fix this in Remere or any other mapeditor.
Lets say you have remere then go to Edit,Find,Find Everything.
A scrollbar pops up and then look for the Duplicate Unique ID.
