Help With Dying script?

ok fisrt of all i have tfs 0.3.6 and i merged it with znote, i really dont know if that has caused to affect anything,
i have many problems

1 , when a character dies , he could be level 400 and he would die go back to 1
2 , hp regenerating is very slow and low
3 , and many other simple things that i dont know how to fix ,
