Windows Help with error 10060

I have error 10060 just on my compute (the hosting one)

i have all ports open

i have online the server and 1 player online ( i have 3 one time (others pcs))

i have this ip to can enter ONLY to character list ... if i use the no-ip or my global ip i cant conect to anything

and then i have error 10060

and i modif the windows/system32/drivers/etc/host to put the global ip and the noip

Are you using correct port in config.lua

By default it connects on 7171 ( login port )
If you changed that you could do :

someserver.com:port
// like 
someserver.com:6161

try using your local ip like =
192.168.2.1
192.168.1.1
use cmd /ipconfig

192.168.2.1
192.168.1.1
use cmd /ipconfig

SOLVED I USE LOCAL IP AND I ENTER
