Help with gesior acc , xampp!

i got 1 problem when my ot its online players log in after like 2 hours if player logout cant rejoin again send conection error i need to restart otserver for players can join again why this happen?

second error every 9 players of 10 CANT join the webpage I USE XAMPP I got port 80 Opened and see the image !! AND FIREWALL IS OFF!!! I can join but players cant why? please help me via teamviewer or something maybe i put my ip in xampp configuration or something?

I've dealt with the same kind of stuff in the past. Try getting people to connect to your site with firefox, instead of IE or Chrome. IE and Chrome are the worst browsers, since they have trouble reading url redirects from the DNS.

btw i use google dns
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

SO WHATS THE PROBLEM?
