Execute this on phpMyAdmin:

ALTER TABLE `accounts` 
ADD `rlname` INT( 11 ) NOT NULL ;

Will create a column "rlname" in table accounts.
see if it works ...

If you get different errors, post here !

Replace your index.php
and
Execute this on phpMyAdmin:

ALTER TABLE `z_news_ticket_tickers`
ADD `logo_gfx_name` INT( 11 ) NOT NULL ;

See if it works, put something there !
