Windows Help with Hosting OT MySQL

I need help with my "UniServer", I get this error and Idk how to fix it! Please help.

I port forwared and port 80 isnt being used my anything, i've checked it.

its not a portforwarding problem, there is some proccess using port 80 already so the apache cant work in port 80.
check your pc programs maybe skype using that port or another service.

First it was skype but I changed the ports for skype so its not being used. Now it's the same error.

Seriosly its a support board not a commenting board.

Open your CMD and type the following

netstat -a

Look for the port "80".

I got the port thing done, now it just wont run Apache

What port is also port 80? Isnt there a 4 digit number that is also 80?

7171 is on a diffrent ip.

Open your CMD and type the following

netstat -a

Look for the port "80".

I know that its a support board but everyone have his own way to advise.
