Help with Hosting

Howdy'!

I was looking around the net for a cheap hosting, something not very capable of supporting a huge server (Australia doesn't have alot of players), and came across this
Virtual Linux Servers - Dedicated Servers Australia
Now i was wondering if this will host a Tibia server, it's cheaper then windows, but, only problem is, i have never worked under Linux before, and i'm guessing i can't use my windows Otserv i have been working on on a Linux based VPS. If someone and clarify what i have to do and how to go about it that would be awesome.
basic questions are:
Can i host on it (AAC Website and Server)
Will they work with my Windows Otserv ( a silly question i think)

Well i live in Australia, i mean, i have a crappy internet connection, but good sir, if you find one in the us thats as cheap as the 20 dollar one, thats the best one i can do right now.

@Klaien, i will have a look at them, but if you can find one in the US i would be grateful :P, i know howto host, basically do everything on an ot, just no idea on what Hoster to choose XD
