I need help with some stuff to my ot server :)

Right now my ip adress is like this: "192.114.2.34"
How do I fix my ip to become "Gregerot.se"?

If You Need know your ip go whatismyip.com and you will buy domain name to be .se or if you want change it for free you will go no-ip.com
