Help with Ip Changer

So, I wanted to play on your OTS, but a strange thing happened to me. Namely, your ip changer does not want to allow access to the game.
There is access denied. Please help, because I would like to play with my friend. For my friend everything works fine. I Install too this framework and ip changer still not working.

If you do try to run as administrator.
