Help with map editor

Hi,
I am using OTX 1.0S from matyyx, which map editor should I use? It is 772 if i am not wrong.
If anyone know, please share! <3

Well as far I know you should stick to Remere's map editor but there is some other funny editor like SimOne Editor but i think its outdated.

But which version and how I can enable it?
I've used remere with 8.6 without problems, but with this OTX i dont know how to make it run.
