Help with Modern Acc in a hosting

Hello, I have a problem.
When I try to install Modern Acc in a web hosting with php, he says
Could not connect to database.
Could not find your database
but when I install in my computer it work fine.
How can i install Modern Acc in a web hosting?

Is remote access enabled for your database user?

Xampp or uniserver? AND I dont think your hostname should be that I think you leave it 127.0.0.1. and your not creating a username when you type that. Your typing your info so the modern can access your db. So w.e you use to access your db should be in there. Along with the name of the thing you click to open your db. So say my db is "otserver" when I click that there should be all my stuff such as account players guild all that good stuff
