I want to know if you can help me with my keyboard I have a problem f9/f12 keys start to fail me, have other functions for music. F9 [Pause / Resume], F10 [Stop], F11 [Back], F12 [Next] please help.

restart your pc, then use f8 until u get to some menu, and look for the fn key and just turned it off
 
I believe you got to go into your bios, and find the fn key and either disable it or enable it, just make it the opposite of whatever it is, pressing esc at startup can send you to your bios, it varies on different computers though, could be f8 im not to sure
