For some reason nobody can get on my ot (i don't have a router) when i add it to the serv list it says Your server must be online to add it.

Hmm, i had the same problem before, try to change IP in the config.lua to what your computer has. Already did that ? Then i dont now :/

it can be meny posibilitys,maybee u have a ip that changes often or try to tell a friend to log on and see if it works and if u have a bad internet connection bad upload speed it can be a reason

maybe you don't have public IP address

You don't have to have a router to have your ports blocked. Your software firewall can block ports too.
