Lua Help with Onlogin.lua

Good evening everyone.
Well I ask for your help.
I'm having some problems on my server, the more I will summarize the story.
It has players doing magebomb or I'm dropping magic.
Suddenly log 15 chararacter near me. Making sure I get RED SKULL.
I wonder if someone can help me make a script OnLogin.
Something that every player that let you log in, after 15/2 can take any kind of attack.
Something like StatsChange, Storage know it.
If someone could help me or give some LIGHT on the subject. I will thank.

in config.lua:

loginProtectionPeriod = 10 * 1000

this means u cant attack 10 sec after login

I've tried using it, the more code that does the opposite of what I want.
I'll explain, I want when I log into any account, I have a period of 15 seconds without taking any hit.
This LoginProtectionPeriod. Makes it different, I'm right and period of 15 seconds without power of HIT in anyone.
