Anyone know how to fix this Error?

It seems like you don't have permission to use 'SELECT' command.

I am sorry, i kinda sucked at my database courses in school
What kind of user are you using to log in? since its on your localhost you should be able to use any command with root user?

Edit: you can easly change user premissions under "Users" tab depending on what version pma are you using.
