help with phpmyadmin

so i made a otserv file and sent mysql database to it and i go to look at accounts and there isnt any? can anyone explain to me how i make it show it shows the chars theres not info in any other folder either

He is already logged in.

OnT:
You need to add a account manually or setup a AAC because TFS 1.X doesn't have any AAC.

If you press 'Insert' you'll be able to add a account.
