HELP WITH RUNE COOLDOWN

Hi,

Do anyone know how to make cooldown between using runes?

I am using runes, and then I have 3 sec cooldown, I want to make 2s, can someone please explain me, how to do it?

check spells.xml for your rune spells and edit the cooldown value
