Lua help with s3db cant open file

this happenes every time I try to open my server why is that ?
it says failed connected data base MYSQL ERROR cannot connect to MSQL SERVER

You dont need to open a s3bd file. What are you trying to do?

Edit your config file and set the correct mysql host/usr/pass/dbname

You are probably running a dry server without web services, search for "mysql" in your config.lua and replace it with "sqlite". It wont let you run your server on mysql without xampp nor phpmyadmin setted up.
