Help with Skills Rate:

ok sounds weird but, im using TFS mystic spirit 8.54.
and for some reason skills dont seem to be changing when i change the rate. goes up kinda slow. heres whats i set it to

-- Rates
rateExp = 100
rateSkill = 50
rateLoot = 4
rateMagic = 80
rateSpawn = 1

it was set at 10 :/ i even tried changing it to 100...then 500. no difference.


what am i doing wrong guys??

Maybe you have stages activated ?

That has nothing to do with skill rate.

This just can't happen under normal circumstances, and you're obviously doing something wrong

maybe its this. ive edited vocations.xml a bit, but all i did was change attack speed to 500 for promoted chars.. and i changed health and mana regain. thats it?

okay i tried using the origonal vocations.xml. no change.
so what the hell can it be!!
