Help with SQL DATABASE.

i download the database but when i do a character its doesn't appear in http://localhost/phpmyadmin/..
so what i have to do :S
did i do something bad?

weird.. did you follow the instructions on how to setup xampp and account creator(whichever u use ofc)

yep i follow all steps but i dontknow why the new characters doesnt appear in the localhost...

i've been playing with xampp and sql databases for so long that i can use em pretty well but this is totally new, new accs or new characters arent there when im creating them ;\
