Help with SQLiteStudio (3.1.1)

Hey guys!
Im working on a new server, so I checked the accounts created on the .s3db file. But when I check the passwords, I can't see them, like if they were encrypted.
It looks just like this picture:

Hope that someone can help me with this because I can't see any password and it is very annoying.

Its not my business but, for what u need to see everyones password? Are they working normaly?

encryptionType= "sha1" set it to "plain" for no encryption
Not recommended tho, the passwords are set to be encrypted by default for security reasons

if someone can access your database then he will see the passwords, if they are encrypted they wont. that's pretty simple.

Very simple yes. If you know what you are doing. But use sha1 pls or i will hate forever..
