Help With The SqLite

Can Someone Tell Me How I Use The SQLite Expert personal To Make Characters/Accounts.

And When My Friends Try To Log in my Server it Says Error.
Why?

It most likely says "Error" because an error has occurred. It would help if you could be a bit more specific to what error occurs.

If its a connection error then I assume that you didn't set up the server properly.

Umm it says... that The Server is offline or he can't connect.

But i can go on the server.

If you can get on the server and they cannot it most likely means that you either configured the server badly so that it only listens to connections from your own computer, or your router is blocking the connection and thus you need to port forward.

have you created a databas thet is together whit the server and the accpage?
you have two databses ho have to ben in same databs in phpmyadmin, if not you get this error wwhen you tray to log in.
