HELP with xamppsecurity

will not let me access localhost website to change to my root password. every time i go to phpmyadmin it tells me that im signed in to root with no password.. what is going on here and what do i do??? please and thank you!

What version are you using? Uninstall everything, delete the folders, and try uniserver

i get an error when trying to run forgttenserver.exe.. says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click ok to close application"
