Ok, I have tried almost every layout.. NONE ARE WORKING! they all say "Notice: Undefined index: page in C:\xampp\htdocs\install\install.php on line 40

Notice: Undefined index: page in C:\xampp\htdocs\install\install.php on line 68" when i try. (after i have put it in xampp)

can someone PLEASE help me.........
