I've had a problem with this once, my boss ran combo fix and fixxed it. So do what is said here and if it still doesn't go bye bye then run combofix and follow it's directions to a T or your OS could end up in the shitter.

Follow the instructions on that webpage, if it fails then run Combo Fix and follow what it says closly or your OS could get corrupted.
